Professional Overview
I am a multi-disciplinary health professional with qualifications in Food Industry Engineering (SZOTE University, Hungary), Lifestyle Coaching and Nutrition Consulting, as well as KMT Movement Therapy. I dedicate my work to writing articles and assisting clients in areas such as natural skincare, healthy living, nutrition, methylation, neuroplasticity, and child development.
Experience & Expertise
With 20 years of experience in healthcare—including roles in companies manufacturing dermatological products, hospital and dental equipment, as well as hands-on involvement in natural cosmetics production—I bring a comprehensive perspective to my work. My personal journey with mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) has deepened my commitment to holistic approaches that empower the body’s natural ability to restore and regenerate itself.

Professional Profile – Supporting Healing Through Inner and Outer Harmony
As a certified Nutrition Consultant, Food Industry Engineer, and KMT Movement Therapist, I offer a comprehensive, integrative approach to wellness—supporting individuals in achieving optimal weight, hormonal balance, microbiome restoration, and even neurodevelopmental support for children with autism.
I place special emphasis on the field of nutrigenomics—exploring how nutrition influences gene expression and how we can support optimal function at an individual level. My work focuses on the balance of the microbiome, cellular regeneration, and the intricate relationship between nutrition and overall health. The lifestyle and dietary plans I develop aim to support not only physical wellness, but also emotional and mental well-being.
As a KMT Movement Therapist, I specialize in working with children who are non-verbal or only partially communicative. I’ve developed unique movement-based methods—such as the NeuralGym Passive Method (for non-cooperative children) and the NeuralGym Active Method (for cooperative children)—to enhance attention, learning, and cognitive development.
My own health challenges and my son’s autism diagnosis led me to dive deep into the fields of nutrigenomics, detoxification, and neuroplasticity. This personal journey inspired me to create a recipe book specifically designed for autistic children, focusing on clean, nourishing foods that support the nervous system.
Previously, I developed natural cosmetics—though I had to step away from manufacturing after my son’s birth, my dedication to holistic skincare has remained unwavering. Today, I offer personalized skincare consultations that emphasize the synergy between cellular renewal, hormonal balance, digestive health, and skin vitality.
For over a decade, I’ve been writing SEO-optimized, evidence-based health and wellness articles, making complex scientific information understandable and actionable. I also contribute environmental articles promoting sustainability and climate awareness.
My Mission:
To provide educational content and personalized strategies that help individuals—especially vulnerable groups such as children, women, and those with sensitive systems—restore balance and achieve physical, emotional, and mental harmony.
