This program was not originally written as a traditional diet book. Before I put any of this on paper, my goal was to understand the biochemical processes that take place in the body during digestion — to discover how my metabolism works, what makes me feel better overall, and what could help bring balance to my digestion so I could live free of pain and the disruptive symptoms of digestive issues.

I had a strong motivation: I had been suffering for years. I immersed myself in research, studying the biochemical processes of digestion, and I was determined to find a solution to my health challenges. Eventually, I found a way to heal myself. But I also discovered something more — how and what to eat, take and do not only to restore health, but also to support weight loss, especially when hormone production has slowed down due to long-term digestive issues. In this eBook, I aim to summarize that knowledge in a clear and accessible way.

The program outlined here is more than a meal plan — it’s a guide to understanding your body.
