Returns and refund policy
We stand behind the quality of our digital products, and your satisfaction is important to us.
However, due to the nature of digital goods delivered via internet download, all sales are generally final. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund, as the service is considered fully rendered.
If you changed your mind about your purchase and have not yet downloaded or accessed the product, we are happy to issue a full refund upon request. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately and that, upon downloading or accessing the product, you waive your statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
