These terms govern the legal relationship between Beata Livia Jambor (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) who purchases digital health and wellness products, downloads information materials, or accesses affiliate-recommended content through the website.

1. Scope and Validity
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of November 11, 2014, and remain valid until revoked or replaced. The Service Provider may unilaterally modify these Terms. Any modifications will be published on the website at least 15 days prior to taking effect.
Matters not regulated in these Terms shall be governed by applicable Hungarian law, particularly:

Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on contracts concluded between consumers and businesses.
Mandatory legal provisions shall apply to the parties even if not expressly stated herein.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the webshop (even without registration), the user acknowledges that these Terms are binding. If the user does not accept the Terms, they are not authorized to use the website or make purchases.
All content, visuals, and materials on the website are the intellectual property of the Service Provider and may not be reused or distributed without prior written permission. Unauthorized use will result in legal consequences.
3. Products and Promotions
The webshop sells digital products (guides, programs) and may promote third-party physical or digital products via affiliate links. Prices shown include VAT and are final unless otherwise indicated. No additional packaging fees apply.
Products are displayed with descriptions and images. Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product. The Service Provider excludes liability for such differences.
If a promotional price is applied, the terms and duration will be clearly indicated.
4. Delivery
For digital products: delivery occurs via direct download or email. See our [Delivery Policy] for details.
For affiliate-linked products: delivery is the responsibility of the third-party vendor. The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for their fulfillment.

6. Registration

7. Ordering Process
The user may collect items in a virtual cart. Before finalizing the order, they can freely modify its contents. The contract is only concluded once the final purchase is confirmed and payment is completed.
After confirmation, users receive a receipt and/or download instructions via email.
8. Warranty and Legal Guarantees
8.1 Supply Warranty
Customers may claim a warranty for faulty performance under the Civil Code. Remedies include:

Price reduction or withdrawal from the contract if repair is not possible or reasonable
Claims must be made within 2 years from delivery, and ideally within 2 months of discovery. The burden of proof may shift after 6 months.
8.2 Product Warranty
If the defect relates to the product itself (not the service), the customer may claim a product warranty from the manufacturer. This is valid for 2 years from the product’s market launch.
The manufacturer is exempt if:

The product was not made or distributed by them;

The defect was not detectable with current knowledge;

Legal compliance caused the defect.
9. Miscellaneous

The Service Provider may use third parties to fulfill obligations and remains fully liable for their actions.

If any clause of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver unless formally confirmed in writing.

Disputes will be settled by mutual agreement or by the competent court in Szeged, Hungary.
